Posters and Demos
Poster and Demo Session
The second congress day futures a major poster and demo session with no parallel lectures. Abstract submission deadline was April 26.
The Poster and Demo session starts around 5PM of the second congress day. Snacks and drinks will be served and the session continues throughout the evening. The congress accepted abstracts between February 12 and April 26. R. All accepted abstracts are published on-line in Frontiers in Neuroscience, each receiving a DOI. A small subset of abstracts have been selected for one-slide "poster spotlight" presentations at the appropriate workshop.
Information for poster presenters
Posters can be mounted from the morning of Monday, September 7, and are preferably left up for the remainder of the meeting. However, please dismount your poster before 6 PM Tuesday, September 8. Posters still mounted at this time will be discarded.

Poster Session
Poster presenters will be assigned a numbered poster board. Guidelines for posters, including size, will be provided at a later date. All presenting authors will be contacted individually regarding poster logistics. Submit your abstract through the Registration page. Make sure to choose "Poster" under "Presentation". The posters will remain mounted for the remainder of the meeting.
Live Demo Session
The goal of this session is to have live computer demonstrations of neuroinformatics projects during the Congress. We provide space, a desk and a couple of chairs with a poster board (95 cm wide) behind, a computer screen, internet connection and electricity. However, presenters are expected to bring their own computer.
The procedure for demo abstract submissions is the same as for poster abstracts. Submit your abstract through the Registration page and make sure to choose "Demo" under "Presentation". Presenters will be contacted individually regarding demo logistics.
