The Neuroinformatics 2009 organizers welcome organizations to contact us regarding exhibition, advertisement and sponsorship possibilities at this event.

The 1st INCF Neuroinformatics Congress was held in Stockholm in September 2008. Since this was our first congress, we did not know exactly what response to expect. Our ambition was to produce a community-building neuroinformatics event with world-class science and scientists. The response was tremendous with 260 participants and excellent scientific contributions!  The 2008 Congress website has been visited 17 000 times (for 3 minutes on average) by more than 7000 unique users.

The 2nd INCF Neuroinformatics Congress will be hosted by the Czech INCF National Node at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen from September 6-8, 2009. We expect a number of participants between 200 and 300. The Neuroinformatics 2009 Program Committee has put together an high class program featuring 21 speakers.

We offer the following three advertisement/exhibition packages for Neuroinformatics 2009:

Advertisement Package

€1000 Advertiser's name or logo appears on the Congress website (bottom of first page) and in the abstract book.

Exhibitors Package I

€1200 Exhibitor's name or logo appears on the Congress website (bottom of first page) and in the abstract book.

Exhibitor is provided with a small booth area of approximately 3 m² for the duration of the meeting.

Exhibitors Package II

€1600 Exhibitor's name or logo appears on the Congress website (bottom of first page) and in the abstract book

Exhibitor is provided with a large booth area of approximately 6 m² for the duration of the meeting.

All congress attendees, including exhibitors, need to register online through the Congress website (registration will open in March 2009). In addition, visibility through one of the above packages could be combined with presentation of scientifically relevant material at the poster and demo session.

The exhibition part of the congress is located in the "Basso C" room, the room that connects the lecture hall, the poster hall and the demo room (see map below).
